Privacy policy

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Novatool Sàrl complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

Novatool Sàrl, Switzerland. For questions or data requests, use our contact page.

2. Data we process

When you visit, the hosting provider may process technical data required to secure and deliver the site, such as IP address, time, requested page, browser and error logs. When you submit the form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

• provide, secure and improve the site based on our legitimate interests;
• answer your request and take steps toward a possible contract;
• measure the audience with your consent.

4. Recipients and processors

Data is available only to authorised Novatool staff and providers required for hosting, email delivery and, if accepted, Google for Google Analytics audience measurement. We limit disclosures and use appropriate safeguards for processing abroad.

5. Retention

Contact requests are kept while handled and as required by contractual or legal duties. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by the host. Your analytics choice remains in your browser’s local storage until deleted.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site stores your consent choice locally. Google Analytics property G-24VRSS7WN3 loads only after consent and may then set audience-measurement cookies. Change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or delivery of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or the competent authority.

8. Security and updates

We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. This policy may change; the date above identifies its current version.
